- Must be a single-family, multi-family or manufactured home
- New construction homes are not eligible
Qualifying conditions
For projects completed on or after July 1, 2025:
- Pre-existing windows or patio doors must be either single- or double-paned. Pre-existing triple-paned windows or patio doors are not eligible.
- Replacement windows must have a U-factor of 0.30 or lower.
- Replacement patio doors must have a U-factor of 0.35 or lower.
- Rebates are not available for replacement windows or patio doors outside the electrically heated area (e.g., garages and workshops), or in any space with an overhead door.

Verification
Pre-existing windows must be verified by one of the following options:
- Contractor notes
- Clear pictures (can include photos of old windows still on site)
- Audit by a utility representative (via email, quote or final invoice)
For projects completed before 7/1/25, the old windows must be single-pane or double-pane with metal frames.
