Offered to Consumers Power Inc. residential customers who meet eligibility requirements.

Pre-approval is strongly encouraged.

Requirements

Your home

Primary heat source must be electric
Must be a single-family, multi-family or manufactured home
New construction homes are not eligible

Qualifying conditions

For projects completed on or after July 1, 2025:

Pre-existing windows or patio doors must be either single- or double-paned. Pre-existing triple-paned windows or patio doors are not eligible.
Replacement windows must have a U-factor of 0.30 or lower.
Replacement patio doors must have a U-factor of 0.35 or lower.
Rebates are not available for replacement windows or patio doors outside the electrically heated area (e.g., garages and workshops), or in any space with an overhead door.

Verification

Pre-existing windows must be verified by one of the following options:

Contractor notes
Clear pictures (can include photos of old windows still on site)
Audit by a utility representative (via email, quote or final invoice)

For projects completed before 7/1/25, the old windows must be single-pane or double-pane with metal frames.

Required Documents

A copy of one NFRC sticker per window or the manufacturer’s window order confirmation with U-factor.
The final invoice including the quantities and window measurements of each new window, the total cost (including labor) and purchase or installation date. Estimates, proposals or quotes are not accepted as the final invoice.
Verification of proper installations and window specifications, either by photos or a final inspection, are verified before rebates are processed.

Rebates are limited to 100% of the total project cost.

Please allow 8 to 10 weeks after final inspection approval and receipt of all required documentation for rebate checks to be issued and mailed. Rebates $200 or under will be automatically credited to your bill.
