To qualify, commercial buildings must have a permanently installed electric heat system capable of heating the entire structure.

Unfortunately, the building must be heated with an electric heat source to qualify for the window rebate. If you have gas heating, please contact your gas provider to see rebates that may be available to you.

Existing Windows*

Please note that proof of the existing window types must be verified to receive your rebate. This can include clear pictures of the windows or a statement from your contractor (if applicable) describing the type(s) of windows removed.

Unfortunately, the existing windows must be single pane with metal frames or wood frames, or double pane with metal frames, to qualify for the window rebate.

Each replacement window must have a U-factor of 0.30 or below to qualify. Please confirm that you acknowledge this requirement.*

Required Documents

If possible, please upload any required documents for the window rebate with your application. Additional documents may be e-mailed to rebates@esgroupllc.com.

Copy of one NFRC sticker for each window replaced or the manufacturer's order confirmation showing the replacement windows' U-factors.
A copy of each of the contractor's final invoices showing window measurements, total cost, and the invoice date.
Proof of existing window frames and types. This may either be documented on the contractor's invoice or by providing clear pictures of the windows. If you are unable to provide this documentation, we will provide a free on-site window audit that must be performed before the windows are replaced. Clear pictures of the new windows. If you are unable to provide pictures, we will provide a free on-site window inspection after we have received all other required documentation. Please contact us at (888) 883-9879 to schedule your free window inspection.

Please note: we cannot rebate on contractor or window manufacturer quotes, proposals, or estimates. All labor or window order documents must be final invoices marking that payment has been made.

When selecting a contractor, it is the applicant’s responsibility to request proof of insurance and licensing that meets state requirements. Validating qualifications before work begins is strongly recommended.

Discrepancies in the application’s information can invalidate the rebate request.

This program is provided in partnership with Bonneville Power Administration and utilizes federal funding. Project information may be shared for processing or compliance purposes.

Disclaims any warranty, whether expressed or implied, regarding the energy efficiency improvement(s) listed on this application for any equipment, materials or labor associated with installation, maintenance, repair, or any energy savings associated with use.

Does not accept any liability resulting from participation in a rebate program.

By submitting this application, I confirm that the information provided is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge.

Please allow 8 to 10 weeks after final inspection approval and receipt of all required documentation for rebate checks to be issued and mailed. Rebates $200 or under will be automatically credited to your bill.
