Pre-approval Request Form

Before installation begins, we strongly recommend using this form to submit a pre-approval request for your project's rebate.

Pre-approval may include an on-site audit of the building's existing lighting. Contact us with your questions or to schedule an audit.

Your project must use the Online Lighting Calculator to receive a rebate.

Contractors: Visit BPA's Online Lighting Calculator web page for information and to use the calculator application.

Obtain calculator access credentials by emailing lighting@bpa.gov and requesting a Trade Ally account.

Please allow 8 to 10 weeks after final inspection approval and receipt of all required documentation for rebate checks to be issued and mailed. Rebates $200 or under will be automatically credited to your bill.
