Offered to City of Shasta Lake commercial customers for purchase and installation of new qualifying HVAC systems.

This application should be submitted within 6 months of the purchase or installation date.

Rebates are limited to 75% of the project’s total cost.

The Central Air Conditioner and Air Source Heat Pump rebate measures apply to Split or Package/Unitary systems.

Please include your AHRI and Serial numbers in the Notes at the bottom of this form.

Rebate Amounts

Packaged of Split systems, less than 65,000 Btuh: $225 per ton

Required minimum of 16.0 SEER (equivalent to 15.2 SEER2)

Packaged systems:

Between 65,000 and 134,000 Btuh: $150 per ton

Required minimum of 11.5 EER and 3.5 COP

Between 135,000 and 239,000 Btuh: $125 per ton

Required minimum of 10.8 EER and 3.48 COP

Between 240,000 and 760,000 Btuh: $100 per ton

Required minimum of 9.7 EER and 3.3 COP
65,000 Btuh or less: $200 per ton

Required minimum of 16.0 SEER (equivalent to 15.2 SEER2)

Between 65,000 and 134,000 Btuh: $100 per ton

Required minimum of 11.5 EER and 14.6 IEER

Between 135,000 and 239,000 Btuh: $75 per ton

Required minimum of 11.5 EER and 14.0 IEER

Between 240,000 and 759,000 Btuh: $50 per ton

Required minimum of 10.8 EER and 13.0 IEER

760,000 Btuh or more: $25 per ton

Required minimum of 10.2 EER and 12.3 IEER

Equipment must be new and certified by the Air Conditioning, Heating, and Refrigeration Institute (AHRI). Equipment tonnage is calculated using the cooling capacity listed on the AHRI certificate. Divide cooling capacity by 12,000 (1 ton = 12,000 Btuh), the result is not rounded. Example: AHRI cooling capacity 34,500/12,000 = 2.87-ton unit.
