City of Shasta Lake Rebate Terms & Conditions

City of Shasta Lake (Shasta Lake) rebate program participants acknowledge the following when submitting applications:

All rebates are subject to availability of funds and may be changed or discontinued at any time.

Rebate will not exceed 95% of total project cost.

Applications must be received within six (6) months of purchase/installation.

Applicants must be Shasta Lake customers, or the applicant must have standing to request the rebate on behalf of a Shasta Lake customer.

Shasta Lake reserves the right to inspect completed work and installed energy-efficient upgrade(s). The equipment or product associated with the rebate must be installed and operating at the Shasta Lake service address indicated on the application.

All Shasta Lake qualifications and specifications must be met. Some measures may be subject to additional requirements.

Installations required by Title 24 codes and standards are not eligible for rebates.

Discrepancies in the application’s information can invalidate the request.

Shasta Lake makes no claims regarding actual energy savings, consumption, generation, or storage associated with the rebate product or project.

Shasta Lake disclaims any warranty, expressed or implied, for any materials or labor associated with installation, maintenance, or repair associated with use. The city and utility will not accept any liability resulting from participation in a rebate program.

Rebates are valid for purchases made with United States currency only.

Void where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law.
