Offered to Lodi Electric Utility residential customers for the purchase and installation of qualified new Replacement Windows.
This application should be submitted within six (6) months of the purchase or installation date.
Rebates are limited to 50% of the project’s total cost.
Rebate: $3 per square foot of total new windows area
Rebates are paid by check.
To qualify for the window replacement rebate, the area of window replacement must be conditioned with electric heating or cooling equipment.
Existing windows must be single-pane or double-pane with metal frames.
Replacement windows must have U-Factor of 0.32 or lower and a Solar Heat Gain Coefficient (SHGC) of 0.25 or lower to qualify.
The following documents are required to submit this application:
- Your project’s final invoice(s)/receipt(s)
- The NFRC stickers from the new windows or the Manufacturer’s Order Confirmation
- Pre- and Post-installation photos documenting existing and final window frames
Allow 8 to 10 weeks to receive the rebate, if all qualifications are met.
