Offered to Lodi Electric Utility residential customers for purchase and installation of a new, qualified Whole House Fan.
This application should be submitted within six (6) months of the purchase or installation date.
Rebates are limited to 50% of the project’s total cost.
Rebate: $300
Rebates are paid by check.
Requirements
- This rebate is available for existing single family (site built) homes only; manufactured homes and new construction do not qualify.
- The home must have central air conditioning or a centrally ducted heat pump without a Whole House Fan or other automated fresh air sources.
- Homes with only zonal cooling systems, such as room or window AC units, are not eligible.
- New garage whole-house fans and attic fans do not qualify.
Specifications for new Whole House Fan
- Electronically Commutated Motor
- Insulated backdraft dampers
- Permanent installation in the upper floor ceiling of the home’s conditioned space
Allow 8 to 10 weeks to receive the rebate, if all qualifications are met.
