Offered to commercial customers of participating Idaho Energy Authority utilities for qualifying insulation upgrades.

Attic

Existing insulation: R-5 or lower
Final insulation: R-19 or higher
Rebate: $2.00 per square foot
Existing insulation: R-5 or lower
Final insulation: R-30 or higher
Rebate: $2.10 per square foot

Rebate: $2.20 per square foot

Existing insulation: R-5 or lower

Rebate(s) will not exceed 100% of the installed job cost. Rebate(s) for self-installed energy-efficient upgrades will not exceed 100% of the cost of materials.

All energy-efficient upgrades must be installed according to Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) specifications. Please complete the rest of this form to apply.

Pre-approval of your project is strongly recommended. Pre-approval ensures that your project meets program requirements and ensures that rebate funds will be reserved for six (6) months.

There is no guarantee that funds will be available after the six-month approval or that the incentive amount will remain the same.

Rebates are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to the availability of funds.

Proof of existing insulation levels. This may either be documented on the contractor's invoice or by providing clear pictures of the insulation clearly showing its depth with a ruler. If you are unable to provide this documentation, we will provide a free on-site audit that must be performed before the new insulation is installed.
