City of Gridley Insulation Rebate
Offered to City of Gridley residential single-family and multi-family properties for the purchase and installation of qualified new Insulation upgrades.
This application should be submitted within six (6) months of the purchase or installation date.
Rebates are limited to 100% of the project’s total cost.
To qualify for the insulation rebate, the home must be equipped with Air Conditioning and/or Electric Heat.
Rebate Amounts
Attic insulation: $1.00 per sq. ft.
- Qualifying homes must have air conditioning or electric heat
- Existing Attic condition: R-19 or lower
- Final Attic condition: R-30 or higher
Wall insulation: $0.75 per sq. ft.
- Existing Wall condition: R-0
- Final Wall condition: R-13 or higher
Paid as a check sent to the customer’s mailing address.
Please note: Pre- and Post-installation photos documenting existing and final insulation levels, and your project’s final invoice(s)/receipt(s) are required to submit this application.
Allow 8 to 10 weeks to receive the rebate, if all qualifications are met.
