Residential Window / Patio Door Rebate

This application applies to windows and patio doors only. Patio doors include sliding glass doors or French glass doors. Unless specified otherwise, the term "window" will be used throughout the rest of this application to refer to both windows and patio doors.

Proof of the old window type(s) that were replaced must be verified. Please include clear pictures of the old windows with your application.

• Copy of one NFRC sticker for each window replaced or the manufacturer's order confirmation showing the U-factor for each new replacement window.
• Copies of purchase receipts showing window measurements, total costs, and purchase dates.
• Proof of old window frames and types. This may be documented by providing clear pictures of the windows.
• Clear pictures of the new windows.

Before your project is installed, please refer to the BPA's contractors' guide.

After your project has been completed, the following documents must be submitted to us at rebates@esgroupllc.com:

• A copy of one NFRC sticker per window or the manufacturer’s window order confirmation with U-factor
• The final invoice including the quantities and window measurements of each new window, the total cost (including labor) and purchase or installation date. Estimates, proposals or quotes are not accepted as the final invoice.
• Clear photos of the newly-installed windows. If unable to provide photos, please contact us for more information.
