Citizens Electric Corporation provides commercial, industrial, and institutional lighting rebates that are open to members with non-residential accounts.
Before you get started
- New construction does not qualify.
- Applications should be submitted within 60 days after the project completion date.
- Please see the Powerful Paybacks program rules before participating.
Rebates
All new installed products must replace non-LED lamps or fixtures and be DesignLights Consortium 5.1 listed.
LED lamps and fixtures
Interior or exterior commercial fixtures > 250 watts: $80 per fixture
2×4 flat panel: $50 per fixture, to replace 2×4 T12, T8, T5 fixture
2×2 flat panel: $40 per fixture, to replace 2×2 T12, T8, T5 fixture
2×6 and 2×8 flat panel: $25 per fixture, to replace 2×6 or 2×8 T12, T8, T5 fixture
4′, 6′, and 8′ linear tube: $3 per lamp, to replace T12, T8, or T5 tubes
The incentive payment cannot exceed 75% of the total project cost. Self-labor cannot be included in total project cost.
Commercial, industrial, and institutional members are eligible for a maximum of $25,000 per individual site per calendar year.
