After your project has been completed, the following documents must be submitted to us at rebates@esgroupllc.com:

• Final invoice/receipts stating total cost, installation/purchase date, beginning and final R-value and the square footage of upgraded insulation. Please note, all invoices must be final. Estimates, proposals or quotes are not accepted as the final invoice.
• Clear photos of the new insulation with a tape measure to show its depth. If unable to provide photos, you may be eligible for an in-person inspection by a field technician. Please contact us for more information.
