Rebates are limited to 50% of the total project cost.
Upon signing this agreement, rebate applicant acknowledges the following:
Plumas-Sierra Rural Electric Cooperative (PSREC) reserves the right to inspect completed work and installed product(s). Rebate will be paid only on work and product(s) that meet PSREC specifications. Member certifies that they are familiar with, and agree to, the standards and requirements regarding the program. PSREC disclaims any warranty, whether expressed or implied, for any materials or labor associated with use.
The rebate offer is subject to availability of funds and may be changed or discontinued at any time by PSREC. Discrepancies can invalidate rebate application. Rebate valid for purchases made with United States currency only. Offer void where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law.
PSREC makes no claims regarding energy savings, generation, or storage associated with the installed product(s) and/or work. PSREC will not accept any liability resulting from participation in the program.
I understand the above and certify that I am a member of PSREC, equipment or product(s) associated with the rebate application is installed and operating at the location indicated, and the application’s address is within PSREC service territory.
