ENERGY STAR® certified manufactured homes provide outstanding comfort and energy efficiency, built to save as much as 30 percent on heating bills compared to manufactured homes built to minimum federal standards. ENERGY STAR® homes have more insulation, better windows and doors, a specially designed, quiet ventilation system, better-sealed heating ducts, and reduced drafts.

Requirement

To receive the rebate, your new home must have a certificate from Northwest Energy Efficient Manufactured homes (NEEM). The NEEM certificate provides proof of ENERGY STAR® qualification. Use your new home’s NEEM certificate to complete our rebate form (below).

If your new home’s documents do not include the NEEM certificate, and your understanding is that it met the ENERGY STAR® standards, please contact your manufacturer’s representative.

We cannot approve the rebate without the NEEM certificate for your new manufactured home, showing your information as the customer, and including your correct name and address.
