Option 1: Instant Promotion

Limited time, direct order

Upgrade to a high-efficiency heat pump water heater and save more energy! Hood River Electric & Internet Co-op offers an instant rebate for heat pump water heaters ordered directly through GP Conservation. This limited-time promotion is applied instantly—no paperwork and rebate process required—and includes free curbside delivery. Installation is not included.

Option 2: Utility Rebate Application

Request a payment after your qualified retail purchase

Requirements

  • New, qualified Heat Pump Water Heater replaces any existing water heater.
  • Your model must be on the BPA qualified products list (see link at start of application, below).
  • Limit one (1) Heat Pump Water Heater rebate per site.
  • New construction homes do not qualify.

Rebate

40-gallon, any tier: $1,400

50-gallon or larger, Tier 3: $1,600

50-gallon or larger, Tier 4: $1,800

Split-system model (any size): $2,200

Rebate will not exceed 100% of the heat pump water heater’s cost. Installation costs are not included.

The Rebate cannot be combined with the Instant Promotion.
