For existing single-family/manufactured homes with a forced air furnace (any fuel type) and split system air conditioner.
Also available as an add-on to existing heat pump.
New construction homes are not eligible.
Unitary/Packaged systems are not eligible.
Efficiency requirements
Minimum 16.0 SEER2 (equivalent to 17 SEER); no minimum HSPF/2 required.
