Required Documents
- Verification of the installed exterior door either by photos or a final inspection
- A copy of one NFRC sticker per door or proof that the exterior door is ENERGY STAR rated
- The final invoice, including door order/purchase date, installed cost, manufacturer, model and quantity. Estimates, proposals or quotes are not accepted as the final invoice.
