Rebate offers are subject to availability of funds and may be changed or discontinued at any time.
Applicants acknowledge and certify the following when submitting their forms:
- The applicant must be a (CUSTOMER/MEMBER) of (UTILITY FULL NAME (UTIL SN)), or they must have standing to apply for the rebate on behalf of the (CUSTOMER/MEMBER) named as the utility account holder.
- The equipment or product associated with the rebate application is installed and operating at the address indicated on the application, and the address is within (UTIL SN) service territory.
- Rebates will be paid only on work and products that meet (UTIL SN) specifications and all application requirements. (UTIL SN) reserves the right to condition the rebate approval and/or payment upon an inspection of the completed installation.
- (UTIL SN) disclaims any warranty, expressed or implied, for any materials or labor associated with installation, maintenance, or repair associated with use. (UTIL SN) will not accept any liability resulting from participation in this rebate program.
- (UTIL SN) makes no claims regarding actual energy savings, consumption, generation, or storage associated with the product and installation.
- Rebates valid for purchases made with United States currency only. Offer void where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law.
- Discrepancies in the information provided by the applicant can invalidate their application.
Rebate payment method Lodi Example
Rebates totaling less than $300 will be issued as a credit to the customer’s City of Lodi utility account.
For rebates of $300 or more, a check will be issued to the account holder.
If the account has an outstanding balance, rebate will be applied to balance.
