All energy-efficient upgrades must be installed according to Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) specifications. Please complete the rest of this form to apply.

Pre-approval of your project is strongly recommended. Pre-approval ensures that your project meets program requirements and ensures that rebate funds will be reserved for six (6) months.

There is no guarantee that funds will be available after the six-month approval or that the incentive amount will remain the same.

Rebates are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to the availability of funds.

Proof of existing insulation levels. This may either be documented on the contractor's invoice or by providing clear pictures of the insulation clearly showing its depth with a ruler. If you are unable to provide this documentation, we will provide a free on-site audit that must be performed before the new insulation is installed. Please note: Any rebates under $100 will be issued as a credit to your Clatskanie PUD account. Any rebates over $100 will be issued to you via a check in the mail. Allow 4 to 6 weeks after final inspection approval and receipt of all required documentation for rebate checks to be issued and mailed.
