Required Documents
- Verification of the installed insulation either by photos using a tape measure to show its depth or a final site inspection of the upgraded insulation is required before the rebate will be processed
- Final invoice stating total cost, installation/purchase date, beginning and final R-value and the square footage of upgraded insulation
- Please note, all invoices must be final
- Estimates, proposals or quotes are not accepted as the final invoice
