City of Lompoc Rebate Terms & Conditions

City of Lompoc (Lompoc) rebate program participants acknowledge the following when submitting applications:

All rebates are subject to availability of funds and may be changed or discontinued at any time.

Applications must be received within 12 months of purchase/installation.

Applicants must be Lompoc customers, or the applicant must have standing to request the rebate on behalf of a Lompoc customer.

Lompoc reserves the right to inspect completed work and installed energy-efficient upgrade(s).

The equipment or product associated with the rebate must be installed and operating at the Lompoc service address indicated on the application.

All Lompoc qualifications and specifications must be met. Some measures may be subject to additional requirements.

Some rebates require work to be performed by a contractor with an active license in good standing. Use California’s official Check A License system to verify your contractor’s status and CSLB number.

Installations required by Title 24 codes and standards are not eligible for rebates.

Discrepancies in the application’s information can invalidate the request.

Rebate payments are limited to 100% of cost.

Rebates are paid as a credit to the customer’s utility account.

Lompoc disclaims any warranty, expressed or implied, for any materials or labor associated with installation, maintenance, or repair associated with use.

The utility makes no claims regarding actual energy savings, consumption, generation, or storage associated with the rebate product or project.

Lompoc will not accept any liability resulting from participation in a rebate program.

Rebates are valid for purchases made with United States currency only.

Void where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law.
