All rebate offers are subject to the availability of funds and may be changed or discontinued at any time.
Upon submitting a request, the rebate applicant acknowledges the following:
I understand the above and certify that I am a customer of Lodi Electric Utility (LEU), equipment or product(s) associated with this rebate application are installed and operating at the location indicated, and the application’s address is within LEU service territory.
LEU reserves the right to inspect completed work and installed product(s). Rebate(s) will be paid only on work and product(s) that meet LEU specifications. Customer certifies that they are familiar with, and agree to, the standards and requirements regarding this program. LEU disclaims any warranty, whether expressed or implied, for any materials or labor associated with installation, maintenance, or repair associated with use.
LEU makes no claims regarding energy savings, consumption, generation, or storage associated with the work and installed product(s).
LEU will not accept any liability resulting from participation in this program.
All LEU rebates are paid using checks.
Discrepancies can invalidate rebate applications. Applications without complete information and documentation cannot be processed.
Rebates are valid for purchases made with United States currency only. Offer void where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law.
If grant funding was used for a project, the Lodi rebate should be limited based on the remaining costs not covered by the grant. If 100 percent of the total cost is paid by a grant, Lodi’s rebate is not available to that project.
For applicable programs: I agree that all credits allowed by the California low carbon fuel standard credits program are property of LEU. I agree not to take any actions to generate or claim such credits. I further agree to assign any such credits to LEU.
